Max Scheler
1874 (München) — 1928 (Frankfurt am Main)
German philosopher famous for his work in phenomenology, ethics, and philosophical anthropology. Although much less known today, he was an intellectual force whose influence and status were on par with those of Husserl and Heidegger in the early 20th Century.
