The view that God has created abstract objects is considered, with special attention to the modified Platonism of Christopher Menzel and Thomas Morris and the Aristotelianism of Hugh McCann. Two objections to absolute creationism are discussed in detail: the limits placed upon the doctrine of creation in its scope or nature, and the bootstrapping objection, with special attention to Michael Bergmann and Jeffrey Brouwer's formulation. These objections are found to challenge seriously the viability of this solution.
