Lukács' dialectic

reflection of chaos in internality

Victor Zitta

pp. 200-215

Abstrakt

The term "dialectic" stems from the Greek dialegein. Legein means to "talk", "to collect", "to explain". Dia means "through", "division", "apart", 'separate". Translated liberally, dialegein could then mean "divisive talk", "to collect what is separate", which brings out the destructive-constructive elements of the dialectic.
