Abstrakt

This paper is focused on the contribution of post-totalitarian and post-authoritarian experiences to the debate on liberal democracy, law and rights. On of the most important issues here is the right to truth, next to the right to interpretation of history, as positive rights of active citizens who participate in the public debate abd are supported by civic society.
