Diritti umani e ragion pratica

Francesco Viola

pp. 49-58

Abstrakt

A general overview of the way in which human rights are shaped in the current legal practice emphasizes the great importance of Aristotelian practical reason, in comparison with other versions. From this point of view, the alternative between ethical pluralism and substantive ethics, or between procedural ethics and a joint research of what is due to persons as such, seems to be overcome.
