In this paper, we present a new semantics for the epistemology of geometry which provides the necessary foundation for modeling spacetime structure, in particular for modeling the physical concepts and procedures used for the empirical determination of geometric and geometric-object fields, by introducing a number of crucial concepts and distinctions such as:
