Vulnerable persons

Michel Silberfeld

pp. 299-316

Abstrakt

Vulnerable persons are commonly believed to be the ones for whom concern should be generated by others. The concern for vulnerable persons is generated from the belief that vulnerable persons are not as capable as ordinary persons. Their vulnerable status segregates them as a special class of persons leaving both their status as persons and their moral status ambiguous.
