Abstrakt
Das Medienrecht beschreibt das, was bei anderen disziplinären Betrachtungsweisen eher als Vorverständnis, als politische Erwartungen oder auch als unreflektiert mitlaufend vorhanden ist, nämlich Normen, die Anforderungen an Medien formulieren. Sieht man – in einem weiten Verständnis – das Medienrecht auch als eine Teildisziplin der Kommunikationswissenschaft an, so ist dies sicher der Kern des Beitrags zur Erforschung von „Normativität in der Kommunikationswissenschaft“.
