Abstrakt
Soziale Ungleichheit gehört - wir haben es bereits in der ersten Vorlesung erarbeitet - zu den zentralen Topoi der Soziologie, die im Gefolge der Umwälzungen des 19. Jahrhunderts zur Industriegesellschaft und mit der Entstehung von Nationalstaaten zu dem grundlegenden gesellschaftlichen Thema geworden sind.
